Terms of Use

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of Online Presence X-Ray ("the X-Ray"), operated by Thiago Alves, Estrada Chafic Jose Saif, 2780, Jardim Casablanca, Indaiatuba – SP, CEP: 13338-229, Brazil ("we", "us"). By buying or using the X-Ray you agree to them. Questions: support@thiago-alves.com.

What you get

A one-time payment gives you lifetime access to the X-Ray web app for one business: AI diagnoses of your website, Instagram and Google Business Profile, a prioritized action plan, a re-check after you make changes, and the checklist and reply templates. If you add AI-Rewritten Copy at checkout, you also get rewritten bio, profile description and website copy. Each diagnosis can be run a limited number of times, shown in the app. There is no subscription and no automatic charge.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the X-Ray. If we ever shut it down, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice to save their results.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees, because the charge may be processed outside the United States.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the X-Ray wasn't useful to you, email support@thiago-alves.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, including AI-Rewritten Copy if you bought it. No questions or forms. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund, your access to the app ends.

What the X-Ray is, and what it isn't

• The diagnoses, plans and copy are generated by AI from the information you provide and from public pages. They can contain mistakes. Review everything before you use it.
• It is marketing guidance. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional licensing advice.
• We don't guarantee any increase in customers, calls, bookings or revenue. Results depend on your business, your market and what you do with the advice.
• If you work in a regulated field (for example health care), you are responsible for making sure your marketing follows the rules of your licensing board and laws such as HIPAA.

Your account

Your login is for you and your business. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You may not resell or share access, use the X-Ray to analyze businesses you don't own or represent, try to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of the business information and screenshots you provide. You give us permission to process them only to run the X-Ray for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use the copy and plans the X-Ray generates for your business however you like. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't include customer or patient information.

Our content

The app, its design, prompts, checklists and templates belong to us. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your business.

Availability

We work to keep the X-Ray running, but it depends on third-party services (hosting, AI and email providers) and may sometimes be unavailable or slower. We may improve or change features over time without reducing the core features you paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the X-Ray is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders before they take effect. Changes don't apply to purchases made before them.
